Every day at Atelie Reale, they prepare with mastery and from the best ingredients pan brioche bread, traditional biscuits and the famous hand-rolled breadsticks. We have been in the workshop and we can confirm that it smells divine. And Andrea Rastelli is there daily to ensure that each product is baked in the most perfect way.
Andrea Rastelli has demonstrated since his youth a natural inclination towards the art of pastry, which he has perfected over the years through numerous experiences, both in Italy and abroad, in prestigious laboratories where creativity and technique have harmoniously combined.
He thus becomes head pastry chef at Atelie Reale in 2021, where he uses his talent in the art of pastry to create the workshop’s already renowned desserts – pastries dedicated to holidays, such as Panettone Reale and Colomba Reale, but also other seasonal dishes, of a special complexity and flavor, such as Nuvola Reale and Aurora.
He immediately developed a natural aptitude for pastry, which he refined following numerous experiences, both in Italy and abroad, in prestigious workshops where production and creativity always complement each other.
