AtelieReale was created in 2016, inspired by the tradition of the Antica Corona Reale restaurant (1815) and the experience of five generations of chefs. Under the guidance of Gian Piero Vivalda, chef awarded with 2 Michelin stars, the aim is to reinvent traditional tastes daily, using the best ingredients.

The pastry team, led by Chef Andrea Rastelli, combines passion with artisanal craftsmanship, constantly adjusting the quality and provenance of the ingredients to achieve perfection. Each product has an unmistakable taste.
